no catalytic converter!!
i have a 2004 dodge neon se, before putting anything on the engine i raced another friends neon, same year same trim (same color too), from a dead start he beat me by half a car, i dont really know how but he did, after putting a cold air intake and removing the catalytic converter i raced him again...
