Topic: Who wants to go fast? 85 MPH in Texas!

There are so many bad drivers and uninsured motorists
here that I can see this making the situation worse.

Some drivers get their socks in a knot when others on
the road don't do at least 5mph over the limit... so it would
appear that 90 - 100 will become the new unofficial limit.

I was into cycling until I moved to Texas. Too bloody hot for cycling here in the summer. Too many lunatic motorists at other times to even consider going out on a bike... at least for me. Like today for instance... I pull out onto the exchange road in the right lane and some hot-head in the left la...

It was up to 97 degrees F here the last coupla days... as per my outside thermometer. Good to hear everyone survived basically intact. That... is basically what really worries me here in Texas where the drivers are so very unpredictable. Ok, I been looking around for which mods I can do to increase MPG. - turn a/c off and keep the windows shut - drive like there is an egg between your foot and the fuel pedal - lighten the load... both you and your vehicle on a diet - make sure the engine is well maintained - correct tire pressure -...

The gasket is with the thermostat.

If you take the assembly apart and use the same
thermostat be sure to replace the gasket.

The gasket was reused on my old Neon and the
coolant seeped from the location... it actually had
me flippin' thinking it was the head gasket again.
