if i may chime in i was running 15 psi on a solid tune stock bottom end and i blew it up... save yourself the trouble and turn it down.

as an aligment technician i have seen this happen before, the rack and pinion was not centered on the steering shaft thus leaving one side out of adjustment.

i am a licensed tech and we put moogs in everything we do... on avaerage we replace the control arm bushing once ever 2-5 years on average and our roads suck. my 2gn is lowered 2 inches and ive done them 3 times , cheap to do every couple years. Our cars are bad for sway bar bushings too.

check pcv or upgrade it to an srt4 screwin style may be pressurizing the crank case un intentionaly , check compression ,check that its not the oil drain backing up in the turbo

almost sounds like your a/c clutch is dragging. at this point i would say remove both belts and try to spins all of the pulleys (except crank duh) by hand and see if the noise goes away / you can feel bad bearings in a pulley. if the noise is gone its something in the accessory drive system if its s...

i pushed it hard, that motor may have been weak right out of the box. i knew what i was getting into. it doesnt mean you will have the same trouble dont get discouraged. Glasswars only recently cooked his head gasket
