to the original poster. Just have your car taken to a dodge dealership. Have them flash the pcm to your skim.. worked great with my swap.

did you change the body harness as well?? on 2000 you need to use the body harness to avoid problems

or you can go to a dodge dealership. most will do it for you and they reprogram the vin in the srt comp using your vin. thats how my daily driver swap was done. You do have to have the pcm fully installed in the vehicle so you have to tow it.. they charged me 45 bucks and i was good to go..

in a 2000 you will need to change all the wiring so i hope you have a donor car that you can pull all that out of.. also there is some cuting and welding involved for the hydrolic clutch i do believe for you its not a direct swap.. record for stock turbo with bolt ons, meth and slicks is 12.05 record for everything stock on same car but with a ported exhaust mani is 11.86
this was an extremely good driver was running 1.6 60fts. add nitrous to it and I think someone has broken into the 10s
