If I guess correctly, you are trying to make your own 2.4 turbofold that can bolt to the 2.0 head? If so, you will find that the pipe spacing as well as the outlet shape are the biggest hurdles to overcome. I really don't think the runners on the 2.4 manifold would even come close to being welded on...

Stock wheels/offset? I would be surprised if you weren't rubbing the inside tread against the perch at least a little.

Hell, if HW does close, I'll sleep in their parking lot in the Outback. I really hope they stay open, because the funniest shit happens there.

Yep, the deal is done (well, pretty much :D ) and Juan now has her. I miss her already, but I have my driveway back. So I have that going for me, which is nice. I will more than likely be driving the Outback to Carlisle again this year. Juan will be mad since it is faster than the Neon  Oh, a...

Dante - are you going to acknowledge my existence this year at Carlisle? ....dick. You know, I feel so bad about not talking to you at Carlisle last year. I just didn't make the connection of the face to the name. And as I'm sure you noticed, I spent most of the time at the hotel drunk. Make a poin...

Question from a friend... :quotes: DO SRTs have different fuel lines than standard Neons? :quotes: The only difference in the line is in the supply line. It is bent a bit different from the firewall to the fuel rail. A regular Neon line can be made to work, since there is no size difference. Why do...

Children, behave. And Hagan is correct...the new owner is our very own Mr. Juan. The car will stay at my place for a while since he has nowhere to store the car, (he has too many Neons!) but Chtear is now his.

Crap, I wish I had seen this earlier. But as you now know, all of Chrysler's repair kits are like that. I still have a bunch of the purple and orange wires from other repair kits I've bought. At least the heat shrink is top notch. It has a sealer coated on the inside that melts when you heat it, and...

What is a knee action? Do you mean knuckle? I can't think of a reason the outer joint would rub the knuckle. I did the swap on my 02 ACR and everything went together fine. You did get new wheel bearings, yes? And they were both 39mm wide? If for some reason that one side had a 33mm bearing it could ...

Is the car garage kept? While the belt may look fine, it can still be subject to dry rot. I've seen the teeth rip off the belt while the belt itself was intact.

A timing belt/water pump job is cheaper than replacing your exhaust valves if it does fail on you.

And Bill, odd that you should post that. One of our customers is a distributer and he brought over a six-pack of that for the guys. I haven't tried it yet though.
