Yeah the 205-40-17 is an oddball tire size. I cant think of any other car other than the SRT4 and the GT Cruiser that uses it.

And yes get them balanced. I also wouldn't be surprised if you found a bent wheel. You and I both know how great Michigan roads are.

Theres an old jag at my local junk yard. Id love to take the v12 and make a huge table for my living room.

What I did with a blown up neon engine.

Got the glass from IKEA. Not a bad table for 25 bucks. Once I get my LEDS in the mail there will be red and blue lights that will cycle in the cylinders to simulate compression and decompression. http://i.imgur.com/40Dok.jpg http://i.imgur.com/C6VgL.jpg http://i.imgur.com/2b17G.jpg http://i.imgur.co...

Well we got the 2.4 in this weekend. We traded the 3.55 for a 3.94 trans and snagged a maddog STS. The install actually didnt take long. We had it bolted up within 10min. Started the day huddled up by the heater. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v313/4-Dracing/402448_968797071126_38505333_39306666_...

Looks good. To answer your radiator fin question I wouldn't worry about it to much. While it is possible to install a fan and not damage any fins, it is a pain. Ive gotten pretty good at it as my neon is on it's 6th radiator. Based on personal experience Ive had to JB Weld damn near 1/3 of a radiato...

Thank you Chrysler for getting your head out of your asses! The Dart looks awesome. IMO the wide taillight looks better on this then the Charger. It looks like picture 2 and 3 have no post processing done to them. The guy could have shorted up the shutter speed. See how the wheels are slightly blurry? A faster shutter would have sharpened them up. However perhaps due to his location on the track, lense, and lighting conditions he may not have...

Load carrying capacity also plays a factor in tire pressure. Why would you guys put 40PSI in the tires? Putting to much air in the tires increases hydroplaning, provided odd handling characteristics, and results in decreased life. Not to mention intense heat build up with little to no room for the t...

Here are a few things to consider. Will the BBS's fit? Theres 10mm difference between the two. Will they stick out to far? Or will the be "sucked in" and make the car look like its on stilts? Whats the center bore of the BBS? What will you do if your bend/crack one? Id hazard a guess and say the fie...

Death Nutz NYG Neon (Got it running, didnt end up well)

A few buddies decided to build a race car. We stumbled upon this gem and they liked it because of the color. Not being neon guys I informed them its a rare NYG and at $400 its a steal. Its a 1995 DOHC ATX highline. It has rear disks, a rear sway bar, and other goodies. The engine had rod knock and o...
