srtgtr34, do you have to keep greasing the ball joins in those moog problem solver control arms like every oil change? that's seems too often... You shouldn't have to grease them every oil change, I would at least once a year. they are lowering their standards a bit to compete with dorman part pric...

Moog R series is their new line of control arms, they are more economically minded. The problem solver line is better but is being fased out, once they are gone they are gone. I find dorman parts to be ok, i would only get them, if they were the only ones getting made. I currently have 2 problem sol...

To stop my leaking sunroof, I took the whole thing out and cleaned it up. Removed the six screws holding the glass to the car, took the rubber weatherstriping off of the glass. I then grinded most of the rust off the lip where the weatherstripping mounts, masked off the glass, sprayed it with epoxy ...

Alot more plastic work has been done since I last updated this. I pretty much have the putty work done on the passenger side of the car, I really just have to put the final glaze over it. The drivers side isn't as far along but it should be pretty close to being done tomorrow. I'm shooting for havin...

Nice. I was going to suggest cutting plastic from another bumper for the fillers since the piece you could out would be too small for the hole because of the angle on it. But I see you figured that out  Actually re-using the plastic that was cut out is the harder way. I was plastic welding for...

Today, I got the old bumper off, and put the new one on to see how much modifying will have to be done. And, its alot. The exhaust is off by about 3.5in on each side and they are too low. Hopefully tomorrow we'll have the exhaust cut up and tacked so that its aligned correctly. Should be fun. Also b...

My rear bumper is different than regular 03+
Alright so before I really didn't notice much of a difference since I really never looked at 03+ bumpers. So I installed my rear mopar lip today and found this: My rear bumper doesn't have as tall ao boobies and a license plate cubby as all the other ones that I have seen. My license plate cubby for...

I ordered some flexible filler so that I can finish it up. I will be mounting the lip tomorrow and trimming the bumper up and test fi...
