Those numbers wouldn't be accurate... Yes you'd have cooler air flowing into the engine, but as you said it wouldn't be for long. The only real-world application of those numbers would be at the drag strip... and people would look at you strange pouring a thermos under your hood before the waterbox...

A friend of mine and I were talking about that the other day, I think the problem was once you got the ECU done, if you added a new mod, it had to be totally re-flashed and this would need to be done everytime for anything that you added to the car performance wise.
