Did you impregnate the old headliner material or did you use another type of fabric/ FG Cloth? After allowing the resin to harden did you use body filler to cover the surface? Did you fully impregnate the material you used? If you used enough hardener and fully impregnated your material you should n...

Someone has pretty much figured everything out by now, these cars are 5-10 years old now minimum. Amen to that brother. The other day someone fried the #4 injector driver on the PCM of an 00 ATX neon, so I jumpered the #3 & #4 injector drivers together and it fixed the misfire. My only thought is h...

I have an IC, a factory SRT one, if you want it. It's painted black with Eastwood radiator paint on the front only (not the back) :) I'm not halting my retrofits anytime soon so whenever you're ready, I'll be here. Absolutley, I will send you a PM about the IC and headlights. Update Time! Well most...

Re: How-To: how/where to put your amplifier cable

Hey guys, didn't really know where exactly to put it, and i did some searching but didn't find a topic where this was discussed... anyway, i installed a cute little amplifier yesterday, and i found this very tidy and easy way to get your cables from the battery to your trunk! :) If you drill a smal...

Ok, so I spent most of yesterday afternoon and this morning deciding on a location to store the battery in the trunk and masking off for a complete fiberglass mold of the back half of the trunk. This will house the battery, amps, and the 2 10 inch subs. I will try to get pictures of the madness tomo...

I agree. I think that your grill looks really clean and it helps to tone down the "smile" that our front bumpers have. I have been thinking about investing in a set of your headlights too, they keep the factory feel with an after-market touch. However I am trying to get all of these srt turbo pieces...

Woo hoo yellow! Looks good! My only question is why you didn't match the CF in the center of the mid portion of the back seats with the headrest portion. It's uneven. Nobody knows if there's a way to wire up to ignition system without it frying my computer? Nobody? The easiest way to fry the PCM on your car is to Ohm any of the wires connected to the PCM, or send a higher than specified amount of current to the PCM. Either one of these ways can and will fry your...

Looking for Specs. Head Intake CFM, Bore, Stroke, Rod Length

Well like the topic says I have been trying to find the stock Head Intake CFM, The Bore Size, Stroke, and Rod Length of this motor. Is that right? It was just a theory, I never really thought of how ATF's viscosity would compare with motor oil. I can't think of any other reason, other than coincidence, that the oil might cause issues with the tranny when cold. I also might mention that shifting seems to have gotten a bit worse....

I switched to synthetic at 70 or 80,000 something miles. It depends on the engine too. How well it has been taken care of. I didn't expect any problems, and haven't had any. Was there the possibility? Oh yeah. You are absolutely correct. I switched mine over at 50k and it has done well since. Now a...

Royal Purple is a great oil to use for any motor that is new and has just been broken in, or for one that has been run with synthetic for it's life. Even at 100k miles, most of your seals are far into the process of breaking down. We are talking about rubber-like components that are exposed to extre...

Re: Proper Engine Torque Strut Alignment

With the engine held at the proper position, tighten both the upper and lower torque strut bolts to 118 N·m (87 ft. lbs.). Remove the floor jack. The above method is not only easy to do, but it can make even solid engine mounts more bearable  Great write-up Dante. You have certai...
