*UPDATE*

I took out the glass to see what is broken and the pivot pin that connects the tilt lever to the slide came out.

I reinstalled the pin and readjusted the glass. Works like a charm.

Loose/failed gas cap will set the code also. Replace the cap and reset the code. See if it comes back.

I finally had a high-dollar mechanical failure on my '04 R/T. The tilt lever that raises the sunroof glass to the tilt position broke and the glass wouldn't close all the way till I reached up and repositioned the lever. NO holleys were ever put on the Mitsu engines brought to the U.S.

The Mikuni carbs are NOT to be dipped in any cleaning solutions.

Looks like he's going to have to ante up for the Weber if he wants it to run right.

Fuel line pulsation damper is out on the cowl at the same level as the glovebox and airbag. It might be chattering and transmitting noise into the car.

I bought mine August '04 and paid it off June '07. 65 miles on it when I took delivery and just shy of 71,000 now.

Oh, and it was the last new R/T in the Cincinnati sales zone and one of the last R/Ts built. A black '04, production date 03 December 2003.

Hey Gang
1st gen question but it will hit our 2nd gen cars.....eventually.

Headlamp frosting in the original 1st gen headlamp lenses. My elderly mom's '97 2dr has the headlampf frosted and I'm wondering what any of you have used to clean the lenses.

Simple answer.

The IOD (Ignition Off Draw) fuse in the power distribution center under the hood by the battery is blown or removed.

It's a 10amp fuse with a yellow holder around it.

I just installed the Hawk pads with the Street Heat drilled front rotors and heavy duty rear rotors. 65,xxx on the original brakes with NO squeals.

I've got <500mi but no squeaks/dust yet.

First, does the air get cold when the temp knot stops at the left position?

If the cable hasn't slipped, something has most likely fell in thru the def outlet at the top of the dash and is blocking the blend air door. This requires removing the heater box to fix.
