If possible you need to determine if this is an issue caused by cold temps or not. If you have a garage that you can put a heater in overnight and hopefully keep temp above freezing that would be great. If the car starts then we know it's a cold only issue, if it doesn't start then we look at more ...

yep, the RHD and LHD have the same layout, except the steering and brake components being on the other side.

Them 2 belts are pretty easy to change, look for the timing belt How To, the first few steps are those belts

The original RKE works with both fobs but it's intermittant and a nuisance when it doesnt work,

replacing the RKE with another renders both fobs useless, so i cant program them myself :banghead:

I'll be happy just to have the issue resolved
