This winter wasn't even all that bad. Any car with ABS would be a great upgrade from the Neon.

Need input on new car.

Hello everyone! This is my 3rd year with my Neon and also marks the end of my loan! After some careful thought I have decided to give my car to my girlfriend and purchase something newer. Currently I'm looking at: 06-08 Scion tC 05 Subaru Impreza WRX Being in Southern Maine and having to deal with a...

Thoughts on SRT exhaust on SXT

So I found someone close to me (around half hour away) that is selling a complete SRT4 exhaust. He wants $100, but I thought I could offer him $80 for it. Is this a good deal or am I getting railed? Also I read somewhere that the SRT exhaust doesn't provide the proper "back pressure" for the 2.0 eng...

Lip kit and bumper cracks

So my front bumper has a few scratches and bad cuts on it.Near the fog light holes and under where the license plate would be. I'm wondering if I got a lip kit if it would cover up the unsightly marks or if I could do something similar with the Home Depot lip? http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l71/a...

Well it blew once then I put a fuse in that was rated either to high or to low and the relay started to smoke so I replaced it with after market one, not Mopar.

My tail lights are the Depo LED ones, but it's been doing that when I had my stock lights

4 way flashers always trip fuse

Whenever I hit the 4 way button it always blows the fuse for the directional lights and I lose them till I change the fuse.

What could be causing this?

So they straightened out my radiator support, but it still vibrates like crazy. When I push ever so slightly on the top torque strut the vibration goes away. Though I tighten it with a breaker var and it still does not go away. The lower torque strut is way to tight for me to get off and I have no a...

Mount issues

So I just got my mount done and the engine realigned and there is more vibration then ever before. Apparently at some point I hit something to warp the radiator support and that is causing the engine to be pushed out of whack. Now I need to take it to a body shop and have them asses the issue. I'd l...

The vibration occurs when I takeoff from a stop, no real noticeable vibration at idle.

They are OEM mounts I guess, with the black rubber inserts I guess. Maybe I did something wrong, because when I tried it a few weeks back I didn't measure the distance and it was vibration free for a day or so.

So I did this yesterday, following everything minus the exact torque specs (I don't have a torque wrench). But it still vibrates bad, and both the mounts are new. I don't know what is wrong.

So this year I am going to start playing airsoft again. I use to play regularly until I went off to college, then I sold everything. Now it's time to start back up. This is my first GBB and my first airsoft gun since I started back up this year. Hope you enjoy the pics! http://i93.photobucket.com/al...

Horrible engine vibration

So whenever I accelerate from a stoop or idle my engine makes like a skipping sound, no like with the pistons, but it sounds kind of like a dragging sound. I checked my car with the parking break on and in drive and when I push on the passenger side motor mount I can hear the sound and see the auto ...

I've had a minor to medium leak in the EVAP since June. I also had an oil pressure sender to high I believe for a month. I bought the new sender, but I couldn't remove the older one. Since I did that on Friday it hasn't come back on. I've changed the plugs in July and the wires a few months ago. The...

So I replaced both mounts and inspected the mounts by the belts and under the battery tray and they all look good, but my car is still vibrating excessively when I take off from a stop. It usually goes away as the car warms up. It's always there though, even when the car warms up, just not as bad as...

Do the motor mounts require a period of time to break in?
