Could still be the timing belt making the noise. Give it a few miles and see if it fades a bit. IIRC, my belt was a bit noisy when it was new. I'd wait n see how neon racelands get rated from other neon owners.. If they like them, go with them, they're cheap and u can drop it low and still have the ride quality unlike dropping it on srt struts yeah my racelands will be here wednesday and ill put em on and get pics up this wed night!!!!!!!...
