I thought zip ties as well at the start but it is difficult to do on the firewall. Also, are you sure the quantity is right? I think 32oz is about 950 ml which is 50 ml short of a litre.

bumpidy... sorry to be hasty but I really need this done asap. I was thinking of simply using an ebay catch can in the stock location; feed a hose right to the bottom and one hose going out facing downwards in case of overheating/overflowing (also acts as the vent for expansion). The only thing i am...

Coolant reservoir relocation with A/C dryer... pics?

I'm wondering if anyone can show me/ explain how they relocated their coolant reservoir with the A/C dryer in the common relocation hole (i.e. the hole behind the passenger side headlight).

Thanks

Just to confirm the drain plug is definitely not a 3/8 NPT it is smaller, about 13.5 mm at the base to 13 mm at the tip. Anyone know what common NPT size this is?

Well pretty good update. Called Paypal three times and wrote a pretty aggressive email to SymTech which involved the FBI, fraud investigation etc. and low and behold within 60 seconds I get a response saying that my money has been returned. Pretty funny how the only time they respond is when ...

Why is Symtech Labs still an authorized vendor?! (READ)

I decided to collate this information for the benefit of my fellow members, new comers and people outwith the forum who are considering purchasing an MS unit. I have been left shocked recently by what I have stumbled on to by chance. For anyone who does not know Symtech Labs was a well respected ass...

bolt size for asp manifold?

Hi guys, was wondering if anybody could tell me the correct bolt size to use with the asp manifold for the turbo to manifold flange. Also, the correct bolt size for the manifold to back of block holes would also be appreciated. Is there a particular type of bolt required for this application? Normal...

DEPO LED Tail lights clicking noise when braking

Guys, I have an 02 r/t in the UK. I have recently purchased depo LED tail lights (yes 03-05 ones, that is not an issue). I fully expected that some re-wiring would be needed as the turn signals in the UK are separated from the brake light. However when I connect the brake light up and press the brak...

Damn, it sounds much better than a toasted transmission however if I recall correctly the centre mount is a PITA to get to. Is it best replacing all three at once? And am I doing any excessive damage to the car by continuing to use it like this, I mean it's been this way for over a year? Also, are a...

"Jerking","hesitating" off acceleration.

Gents, Ladies, 02 r/t. In 1st or 2nd gear, less than 35 mph, every time I come off acceleration and start decelerating the car jerks, relatively, violently. It seems to be worse the harder I come off acceleration. For example, if I red-line it in 1st and come off the accelerator it will jerk much mo...

They have been adjusted so the right sits a fair bit lower than the left. They pass the M.O.T (inspection) fine. I have drove by my own car and it didn't cause any abnormal glare. I had to rewire the projectors myself as they have different pigtails from UK lights. However being an undergraduate Mec...
