i bought a remote starter kit i figured it shouldn't be too hard to install then after doing some research i found out that my neon has the mopar security is it still possible to install the remote start?

thanks everyone who helped with any imformation i finally got the code to stay off. and being cali emission equiped is there and pcm differences between the cali and the other 49 state emission equipped neons?

nope not in state of cali but yes it had a pre cat that was part of the factory exaust manifold and it has a primary cat

ive got a 2000 neon just put a new motor in and put a header on to elemate the pre cat. now if its in drive or reverse it has a rough idle and throws out a P0420 code. any help?
