So...I bought 2 taps 12x1.0 and 12x1.25 and they were both way too big to fit the hole in the knucle for the ABS sensor screw. Going to take the knuckle to the store tomorrow and test them until they fit.

The knuckles were advertised as MTX, but I didnt realize it until I had my new bearings and hubs pressed in so I said F it and cut them shorter. Ugh guess ill have to stop and grab a ...

I skimmed through your tie rod how to, but must of missed it. As for finding it locally, yeah that was a crapshoot today, so tomorrow I will be going down to Wholesale tool (theyre suppose to have it, according to their website) and picking it up for this coming weekend.

Part Number Request: ABS wheel sensor screw

Alright so I didnt want to chance getting the wrong bearing so I bought a set of knuckles from an 03 car. Now I'm having a problem getting my ABS sensor screw into the knuckle, and zip ties arent cutting it (abs light came on). So...I need to know if there is a difference between my 02 screw and the...

You test drove it before the engine was rebuilt. I'm not quite sure why the exhaust sounded like that, there wasnt any holes or leaks in it, unless it was starting to leak where dave put a straight pipe in place of the stock resonator. :? He wasnt my brother just a friend since grade school.

The car ran great before it was smashed, the 2nd owner was a good friend of mine. He had the motor rebuilt with the comp 400 due to the timing belt breaking and had the head rebuilt along with replacement of 1 piston and all rings. Slvracr is correct, when he drove it, it was running like shit becau...

I use to have Silverstars but swapped them out for GE Nighthawks. I like the nighthawks much better due to the fact that they dont reflect off the ground when its wet and they're cheaper than silverstars. I've only been able to find the Nighthawks at Walmart.

So break it off and put a new one on. NAPA usually has the band clamps in stock. For $10 you can get a stainless steel one and not worry about it anymore.

Needless to say, I flushed the brake system w/ power steering fluid  It was in there about a week. ABS Controller Question

Ok as most of you know I did the SRT swap, well I did swap over the ABS unit because you guys said that it was different from 02 ABS controller. Well, I accidently poured powersteering fluid into the brake system so now I have to replace it all. (ABS Controller, Calipers, Hoses and Master Cylinder.)...

Well my problem is that I dont produce ANY boost, as in 0, zilch, nada boost!

I replaced the WGA and even hooked the turbo outlet straight up to the WGA like you would w/ an aftermarket WGA and still 0 boost. This leads me to believe the turbo is crap. I dont even hear the damn thing spool.

Problems after SRT Swap

I have a few problems with the car that I would liket o get figured out with help from you guys. First off, my brake pedal is very soft compared to what it was before.
