following this one as I ran into the same discrepancies as Moparmut. I also have read some say magnet flip, others say injectors or coil wires need to be swapped and others say straight plug and play. I am also hoping for the best case scenario but would love for us to get a sticky post up confirmin...

to be completely honest...not much. Its a little firmer but just barely. They were like 17 bucks shipped so worth it as the old boogers were a "little" worn. These will never wear down. SOOO.....if you don't already have boogers or you do and they are worn it is worth it. If you have relatively new ...

OK good deal that is what I thought. Like I said, I have BCs right now and have been driving on them for a year now so I am use to a pretty rough ride. I need something a little softer and smoother and have read the racelands are both of those things when compared to BCs. I still want a little rigid...

Hell yes!! I was actually thinking about doing exactly that. It was a tight fit getting the drum back on so I left some slack in the adjusters. Was thinking about getting in there with a screw driver and turning the star bolt down to see if it would help and I think that just might do it. Also, I po...

Man that looks super sharp! How rough is rough though? I am considering racelands myself and everyone has said they ride really smooth for coil-overs. I have BCs right now and they are ROUGH. I have a kid on the way and need something smoother hence why I was considering them but hearing they ride r...

So you remember a few post back last summer when I did my totally super duper bodywork front bumper repair? Well driving down the road today at about 65 and all of a sudden and without warning, the corner of my front bumper decided it would enjoy the ride better if it were placed above the hood line...

OUCH that sucks man.Go the -AN route. I work for O'Reillys now and worked for AZ before. Honestly, I think Autozone has the best parts and the worst employees... (most of the guys I worked with back then couldn't tell their ass from a whole in the ground) The current employer seems to have the best ...

Yeah its not too bad. there is some surface rust but no serious holes or craters yet. gonna sand it down in those spots and hit it with some rust saver primer then buff the whole car. I hear ya about the power and mileage. My old 98 sport was a DOHC auto and was completely gutless (probably due to t...

Thanks guys. Yes it is an automatic but, mom can't drive stick so it works for her. The car needs some love and I will make sure it gets it. All in all the car drives great and runs smooth. I know its gonna get WAY better gas mileage then her current 2005 Ford Expedition with a 5.4L V8 (main reason ...

Nice man! Just got around to catching up on your car. Love the SRT skirts and the chrome rings on the cluster. What year and model chryslers did they come out of? Kind of want to steal your idea they look so good. I did the same super bright white LEDs in my old 02 and loved em. Was kind of thinking...

The 1gn PDC has essentially the same style connector as the 2gn. I just connected it to one of the lugs. I haven't had any issues with it. I got the starter cables replaced on the 1gn today - I'll have to get around to updating my PL... Ok, that is what I thought. I just put a few copper washers on...

I have already upgraded the charging side of it. See my PL "Casper" for that part. Totally did, congrats on the progress on that car so far. Lot of hard work and ingenuity / laziness (lol) went into it. Nice Ride OD  I actually noticed a the pics you posted for the positive side. A little ...

We all work at our own pace. Children/grand children seem to have a huge impact on progress. I will be doing a starter cable and engine to battery upgrade here soon on the 1gn. Just noticed the battery to starter lug was a bit green, and the insulation near it was swelling. Probably won't be long b...

Wow, that is some serious electrical upgrade. Great job. The gold plating should keep it from rusting pretty good. After reading about people having all these issues due to rusty ground connections I took all mine apart and added dielectric grease (there was no rust yet). But this is the next (big)...

Congrats on the baby and goodluck with the grounding upgrade, I've been wanting to do that to mine for awhile now, probably gonna wait til the fall when it's cooler outside. Thanks man. I just did it and the humidity here in Nebraska wasn't too bad but didn't have the luxury of a garage this time s...
