Re: 2003 SRT DD

The 93 canned tunes seem to run lean from what I remember. I wouldn't trust any canned tune on a turbocharged car without having a wideband and monitoring knock. https://www.srtforums.com/forums/f384/afr-lean-canned-93-octane-tune-576021/ Lots of various threads about it. https://www.srtforums.com/f...

Re: 2003 SRT DD

I'm pretty sure it's the FPR. Premium gas only. Aside from the hard start (which is mostly better if I let the pump prime before cranking it over) things seem pretty normal. The bad mileage is probably because my drive is all back roads with lots of stop lights. I highly recommend these Continental...

Yeah I love the block off covers too, I might go that route in the future. A nice set of colormatched ones would be nice, but in your case CF would be great too. Getting ready for the road course race on Sunday! Got the white wheels on with new lug nuts. "Race Gas" fuel additve in the tank. Should b...

Sounds like the FPR! Only running top tier gas? My 1st gen had the same issue. New FPR fixed it.

Or... the pump! They tend to go out

Re: MyNeonSaysHi Mod Log: Stone White

Decent day yesterday, decided to throw on the 5zigens with the 13 yar old tires. Got new hub centric rings for the wheels since I needed them. Got it on the interstate and the old tires ride pretty smooth I was surprised. Seem to hold air great. https://i.imgur.com/hvmnTmF.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Yf...

Re: MyNeonSaysHi Mod Log: Stone White

But doesn't that cut the visibility of the fog lights? I like fog lights since they illuminate the road better for me while not blinding oncoming drivers. My black housing headlamps were blinding people since I had random people shine their brights at me, turns out they were aimed up high. Never th...

Guy at a car show a month or so ago with a blue srt-4 had these black housing fog lamps, I thought they looked killer. Nothing wrong with mine, but I think the black housing smoked look will look great with my headlamps. $40 shipped for a set isn't bad either! https://www.ebay.com/itm/FOR-03-05-DODG...

Did a couple things to the neon. Re did my foglamp bezels. I was okay with how they came out last time, but one didn't come out too well. So I sanded them down this time and re-applied the PW1 and then clear. Very happy with how they turned out. https://i.imgur.com/9kScQks.jpg Also I talked about ge...

Yeah I say take it for a good 45 minute drive or so and maybe do some hard braking on some desolate back roads too.

A lot of people forget to do this after doing brakes...

Re: MyNeonSaysHi Mod Log: Stone White

I think clear side markers, with a translucent pearl coat would look decent on the white, while still being functional. If I were to paint them like that, I would just shave them, and be done with it. To me it looks cheap. White is a bitch, because it shows all the shadows. But that's just me. Mine...

Sorry for the late reply. Yes the passenger and drivers side look the exact same. It looks like it is riveted in. But as the wire goes, yeah it looks like a piggy's tail. If you are still curious I can take a picture and post it on here what mine looks like.
