Do you have injector pulse? If not id be suspect of the cam sensor. Not saying you did this, but The first time I did a headgasket on one of my neons I sent the head to the machine shop with the cam sensor still attached. Free play is the amount of pedal travel that exists before the pedal has any effect on the clutch at all. You should have some, but not to much. No free play at all can cause problems. Ive seen improper adjustment (lack of pedal freeplay) wear out clutches very fast a few times now.

The connector that is on the coil: Is the center wire dark green/orange? If it is not, pull the connector from the cam position sensor and put it on the coil where it belongs. Hopefully that is all it is. Those two connectors are very similar, and easily mixed up. Ive done this, very easy to do.

I have a brake fluid leak from the master cylinder area on my 2003 sxt. It looks like its coming from where the lines go into the master cylinder. It looks like the brake lines screw into a larger fitting which is then threadded into the Master, which is where I suspect the leak to be coming from. M...
