When I had my block decked, I just had them clean it up. I think .015"? Don't do a lot with the block. You can't un-deck it if you end up with interference... Shave the head, do the head gasket mod, and be happy with darn near 11.

I have this issue also. I believe the issue is a blown capacitor that basically tells your fuel gauge the "average" fuel level in your tank. It can be fixed by replacing your fuel level sending unit, or if you wish, the whole fuel pump assembly.

I really don't see the need for a WOT switch... The benefit of the secondary runners are under 3k and over 5k and most likely you wont ever hit 5k rpm unless you are at WOT.

The vafc is just a regular afc with a vtec activation added. So guess what? YOU'LL HAVE VTEC YO!!

I torque it by keeping a pry bar wedged in the crank pulley. Keeps the rotating assembly from turning. Works like a charm for me.

What is the main reason you want a tb bigger than 60mm? The 2.4 will only benefit if the area of travel is not flat. Otherwise, at the same rpm, you are using 20% more fuel. Cruising with a 2.0 is more efficient than cruising with a 2.4. So I picked up a 2.4 out of a 2001 PT Cruiser. I also picked up an NSRT4 intake manifold with the spacer. My question is, do I fab up an adapter and use the neon tb, or does the NSRT4 tb and sensors work with the neon PCM? While we're at it, what do I do for a MAP sensor?

DOHC botton end and a SOHC head results in higher compression. I've done this twice. One I had to shave the piston edges, the other I did not. So shave them, otherwise, you'll get a nasty knocking sound and have to take it back apart again.

Stock 6 disc does not out of the box. But I was looking at setting it up through the audio in... Just not sure how to get them to interface yet... It does however have a simulated 6 disc changer where you can load up to 6 CDs into a memory bank for instant access.

So then just a cammed throttle rotor would be much better. Less to worry about/ not much fab required.
