thanks for the quick reply. The fan on the '00 was distroyed. The '00 is a manual and the '02 was a ATX. Thus, the double fans. Even when i direct wire them for testing, direclty to the battery they will only work in one direction. Positive direclty to battery + and negative to battery -. Spins good...

Have a 2000 neon with front end damage, put in a 2002 radiator and fan. 2000 had single fan and 2002 has dual fan. when hooked, facing the front of the cooling fan motor the fans spin clockwise, which pushes air forward????
