01' and 00' MY both had rear sway bars, I believe they are 15mm, not huge but they have them, in 02' they discontinued rear sway bars in neon's that weren't R/t or ACR, same with the PT cruiser. They saw it as a way to save money, they are cheap but Imagine not having to buy 500,000 of them.

yeah, Im not a huge fan of the Sound, I live down toward Portland, 2 hours from the beach, 1.5 hours from the Mountains, but love Washington, when it isnt raining, yeah from the sounds of it we are all broke.

Im sorry, that front bumper looks like a Sebring grill dropped to a bumper... and is quite possibly the ugliest bumper I have ever seen on a Neon, 2002 has the best bumpers followed closely by the SRT... not bias or anything, just sayin
