Update! So, i managed to get the car out on the 7th of May (We had a long winter here in Eastern Ontario). On the following weekend, i had the time to install my Tein coilovers. http://i1295.photobucket.com/albums/b622/Jayw1990/IMG_20140508_163633_zps7cced346.jpg http://i1295.photobucket.com/albums/...

Hands down, the sexiest solar yellow SX... ever. And possibly sexiest SX... ever. Picture's don't do this car justice... at all.

I'm pretty sure it's not a flywheel bolt. I started the car up last weekend and found that the shake gets more aggressive at about 1100 RPM and then cleans up after about 1300. When coming down from blipping the throttle, it gives a bit of a shake at 1100ish rpm then comes right back down to 850 or ...

Thanks for the reply, I checked the actual mounts, including the transmission mount. No rips and they seem to be tight. I have not checked the torque struts. The clutch that was installed is a DXD Racing/South Bend Clutch Stage 2 unit. I figured that if the flywheel was out of balance that i would f...

Shake at Idle

Hey guys. After I replaced my clutch, I've noticed I have a shake at idle and only at idle. It's enough that I can actually see the engine and transmission moving slightly. now, I've done the obvious, replaced plugs (gapped at .30), wires and tried another coil pack. Checked all the vacuum lines and...

Guys.. I'll probably post this in the appropriate section. However, maybe someone can answer this or give me an idea on where to go from. Oh how I would love to have the extra money, but the stage 2 equipment is a key component to making the 280whp goal. If i do however go big turbo, I'll be installing my stage 1 PCM and selling the stage 2 stuff. We'll see!

Haven't driven the car since July 5th. Another wheel bearing went on the right front and its squeaking like mad when the brakes are applied. I just let it sit because i didn't have the time or the spare funds to mess with it till now. Just got the replacement bearing and should be replacing it this ...

Damn Kevin. Wheels look right at home there! I'm hoping the Tein's I'm acquiring will give me a low enough drop. What size of tire are you running? How much fender rolling did you have to do?

I'll pickup a 10MM spacer and longer studs for the rear!

17x8 +35 Wheels

I'm looking at these. http://www.rtxwheels.com/en/content/stag 17x8 +35 or should i go with 18x8 +35? Yes, they're cheap but will do for now once i'm happy how they fit th...

Sorta tucks the tire in the rear just a tad. I'd really like to space the wheels out a little bit but they already rub in the front a little. :(

As low as bc's will allow in the front on standard springs. Also running to large of a tire (2gn size). Probably could go down another 1/2 in the rear.

Pixor's! Well, kinda. Glass beaded the rotor's and took a pass off them on the lathe. Took about .020 off them to get them true (Still well within spec). I'm sure they'll be warped again by the end of the season with the pads I use. Maybe then it will be time for a Willwood upgrade :) http://i883.ph...

http://www.modernperformance.com/product/Eibach_Pro_Kit_Lowering_Springs_00-05_Neon_SRT/neonsrt4_suspension_loweringsprings The overall performance of them isn't that great, but they're better then sportlines or cheap ebay springs.
