I just cut a custom one out of a roll of gasket paper - $5 for a roll. Has made a lot of gaskets that roll has.

This thread is stupid. Just because a car has miles on it doesn't mean it won't last. Neons can last forever. If you don't take care of it then sure it isn't going to last you. And why have a discussion about the dart on this thread. Isn't there already a thread for that. Don't they have road salt ...

Current plan is to take my 357,000km drive train from my 2000 with no body left into a newer body with engine problems and drive that into the ground until my avenger becomes the new neon hand me down in 3 to 5 years.

That's how I solve my neon problem :p

I've heard of similar results with an ATF-Diesel mix as well.

I had the brown wire between the fuse box and starter corrode through on me. Good place to start. If it fires up when jumping the terminal from the battery it's a good place to start looking.

Use this guy quite a bit. Prices are good. If you think OEM parts are the balls, try OEM parts in Canada. Normally twice as much as you list there.

If you're just changing the crossmember and don't want to disconnect the lines from the rack if memory serves me correct you can drop it a good 3" or so before the lines even become an issue.

K&N, mag intake, udp, free flowing exhaust, and your basic regular maint, good alignment, etc. Drive sanely and you should rip off 46imp mpg or 40us mpg no problem on the highway.
