For me the water pump failed right after paying $500 to have the rear engine mount and trans mount replaced...a week after to be exact....then when repl...

Been talking with the wife. Gonna fix the couple things that's wrong with the neon and she's going to use it to drive to work instead of our gas guzzler Yukon xl. Then I won't lose all the money I've put into it these past nine months. This is the dart I'm getting. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/...

Nah, not worried about performance. I drive like an old man most of the time lol, until somebody in front of me is driving less than the speed limit then I get very annoyed and skinny pedal gets to kiss the floor. I'm always trying to up my average mpg per tank so I tank it easy most of the time. Cu...

Dead IAC?
My idle has been crazy on my neon since January when I bought it. Sitting at a red light sometimes rpms would be at 800 and randomly drop to 600, the other day I drilled a hole in the throttle plate, starting small and working my way up to a 5/32 if I remember correctly. Well it seemed to raise idle...

Is it just me? lol Just fixed the vibration/steering wheel shimmy in my neon. As soon as I fixed it (two new tires) my radiator starts leaking...fml...it'll be getting replaced next week when I get home from work. It's not a bad leak...I thought about pouring in some stop leak...but....not sure if I...

Outer cv boot question
How hard is it to change? Mine has been leaking and I need to do something about it while the cv joint is still good.
I've changed one on my four wheeler before I'd imagine it can't be too much different.

Where is everyone driving so damn much in 7 days that you can report back on 300 miles? I drive 216-225 miles every Tuesday (Heading to work one Tuesday, then home the next). When I leave my house I have a lil under 3/4 tank. I stop 15 miles down the road and top off my tank so I can make it all th...
