you would need to find another way of getting the carpet in the back window up without removing the back seat. or, if you dont care that much, you could just cut the carpet aroundf the speaker out. thats probably the fastest way, but also the ugliest way. :)

i wasnt meaning that the clutch was the cause. :) more that maybe when dropping or putting the trans back in, i may have bumped or disconnected something.

thats where im starting my search, since the purge solenoid is right behind the transmission. maybe i bumped it or accidentally damaged a hose when putting the trans back in

issues after clutch replacement

so, a couple of weeks back, my clutch violently blew out about a quarter mile from home. I purchased a new clutch from advance auto and installed it myself ( with lots of help from a family member who is a mechanic). shortly thereafter, the Check Engine Light came on. after doing the "key dance", it...

so, upon a closer inspection, i saw that the sheilding around the cable came out of a clip. i opened the clip ( it releases from under the white plastic part), moved the knob into the left most position, and put the sheilding back under the clip . vents now change as they should. https://lh6.googleu...

Hello all, for some reason today when i went to turn my vent knob to defog, it snapped back to the center position!? it now feels like its spring loaded and the air only comes out of the front vents. this is fine for now, but i will need to have it blow on the windscreen during the winter. any sugge...
