well cluster is good but speedo still not workin lol......

the cluster was workin fine before the swap but I am gonna look into it tonight.

no cuz everyone said you could do it later.

anyone have problems with the speedo not working in the cluster? mine is not working. they checked the plug and everything and they said it is fine.

anyone have problems keeping the power steering lines on and i guess its trhowin a bunch of codes. o and what lights are on, on the cluster after the swap cuz my battery light stays on.

does the module have to be same year as the ecu?

ya thats what I am talkin about as well. when the flashed it this morning it would not read the module. the pcm would not pick up that it was there. i bought the module brand new. the pcm is out of an 03 and i am gettin the skim key tomorrow

the skim is brand new. does it need to be set up to the vin on that skim?

ya they have not tried starting it over and over. they know about having to charge the battery as well lol. ok well i am gettin the skim key tomorrow and hopefully that will be it and it will work. But after the key has been cut and matched, you think the other skim will match up with it as well?

ok so i had it flashed today.......and it wont fire. the dealership is tellin me i need a key with a chip in it and somethin else that goes in the steering column.......any body know whats up?

tell me about it, been workin on my swap and havin to buy some more parts here and there for 2 and a half weeks now.
