You're mixing and matching wrong. DSM AWD drivetrains bolted to the Mitsu 4g63, not the Chrysler 420a. You could certainly fab some stuff up to make the 4g63 fit, but be prepared for lots of cutting and such. And if you can't weld, just stop.

If you keep the boost down and tune it nice and fat, you won't blow it up. Just don't get greedy on the boost, as the more boost you run, the more you have to do to keep it safe.

Get yourself a manifold and a turbo, and then piece together the rest. It will include some sort of electronic fuel management. (Fuel pressure won't work on your car.)

HUGE performance upgrade for forward traction. With stock bushings and even polyurethane, the flex causes toe out during acceleration. That severely hurts traction. To get into some more specifics, when you accelerate, the control arm is pulled toward the front of the car. The bushings flex and allo...

What kind of fuel will you be running? The more detonation resistance, the harder we can work a smaller unit to get quick response. I would say with pump 93, you want something in the 55-58mm compressor inducer range. With e85 or pump race gas, 52-55mm. The one we would probably do the most for 400 ...

The problem is that a 2000 has the firewall provisions for the cable clutch, and won't accommodate the hydraulic clutch and master cylinder without significant modifications.

Yea, nick. No problem, but if you can't find a neon trans, you also can't find the bell housing.

I'm wearing pants. They are lovely. I bought a headlight today. Not like a driver's side or passenger side. The kind meant for spelunking. It's so glorious I just did the dishes wearing it so I could see every little spot. I think they should be a new fashion trend. If fanny packs can be worn, I'll ...

Nope, rpm is determined by crank position. Cam determines phase so that sequential injection can start on the stock ecu.

Nope, never going to happen. NGC PCMs only have the NGC crank decoder programmed and there is specific memory space for it that can't be replaced without programming the ECU from the ground up. You are going to have to run general purpose outputs or a mechanical switch for the fan and an external re...
