Sounds like whoever changed the oil last didn't do a good job. A filter should not stick. Usually happens from idiots that over-tighten it. Same with the drain plug. I feel like you'd have to damn near crush the filter putting it on to have ...

Understand that completely. Our Pacifica popped the oil change light and we’re just too busy to do a reasonable amount of time.

No update so far. My friend was trying to give it an oil change but the oil filter seems stuck. I told him to get the oil change done and put on the sides skirts so I can swap him the Volkswagen. I'm giving him until the 15th of this month to do it.

Went from 55 around midnight, dropping to 4 degrees around midnight tonight. I can't remember seeing weather like this in a long long time. And I'm going to have to go get heating oil tonight because it slipped my mind working overtime this week.

Finally getting some good weather this week. With fuel prices up, the cost of heating oil is kind of insane. Hoping to get a tankless water heater here eventually so I can cut the system off for a while.

... up to 41 tomorrow, but also starting to snow on the afternoon. Expecting 3-5 inches overnight into Monday. Guess I better get some more heating oil today. We went through 25 gallons from the 6th to the 13th, and I don’t want to run out again. It’s hard on the pump and the filters in the boiler.

I almost have it done . I have the exhaust bolted in oil feed line installed. Just need to install the charge piping and swap the oil pan and install the drain line. Hopefully I can post YouTube videos on here
