There is a reason the neon did so well in scca, but most ricers don't know how well it can handle. It's kind of like the miata of fwd cars, it's quite balanced for being a cheap econo car. its the honda crowd i find that hates the most... however they fail to realize that neons and civics are just little shitty econobox's for the most part... you can modify them all day long, but at the end of the day...its nothing special. i can understand why people hate on srt-4's tho, it really IS...
