i think you will need the pcm otherwise your rpm will be limited to like 4k. also, your mileage is stored in the cluster. the dealer should be able to flash the pcm for you tho.

who did u receive it from? were you selling something or just a random mo showed up (scam)? if you're selling, then tell the buyer to use a different way to pay or use a bank certified check or money order.

zip tie it to the litte grill thingys thats what i did that would look worse than the ugly regular license plate holder I didn't think mine looked all that bad. I'd have to agree and say mine looks much better than front and center across the middle of the grill. http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c...

i did it to mine and like it. the thing you gotta worry about though is fading. it depends on how well your paint has been taken care of or if you keep your car outside or in a garage. it would suck taking off the lettering only to find that your paint is faded and you're left with "ghost" letters

if you use aftermarket headlight it should be easy. the oem headlights are a pita to take apart using the oven method, most use a dremel to take em apart.

it's up to the cop's discretion if he's gonna ticket you. i've been let off a few times. according to the law the front windows can't have any tint at all. it's a safety thing for cops so they can see the driver and passenger clearly. yea it should look good if you have a light tint up front, maybe ...

i would suggest a 25% tint. not overly dark that it'll stand out but dark enough to look good. best way to decide is to go to your tint shop and take a look at the samples.

pretty much. the only thing is that if the back windows are really dark and fronts are not, it might look kind of weird.
