you should be okay buying a hood from there since the disclaimer mentioned above only pertains to fiberglass body kits and fenders. vis and seibon are the actual makers of the hoods, tuning411 is just a dealer that sells em.

in illinois, the law is that the back windows can be as dark as you want, but the front ones can't have any tint. i have 5% in the back and 35% in the front. i've had the tints for about 2 1/2 years and have gotten one warning and 3 tickets, oh well. funny thing is that the first night i got the tin...
