i always thought if you opened up and took the needles off it automatically breaks. from what ive heard, not 100% sure if thats true, although ive heard it quite a few times.

uhhh if you mean where is your power the highest at, i know mine on my 00 manual is between like 4-6 about, i dont really check my limiter but i listen to when i should shift mostly. youd have to drive your car around and watch when you feel the power kick in and start to die out. its a neon though ...
