have not used any specific H1's yet (eventually ill get some for the projector high beams) but silverstars themselves i feel are a waste of money. they arent THAT good.. and they burn out rather often. one that i was looking at is the Osram Night Breaker bulbs.. dont know how they compare to silvers...

they came in a JD Lighting HID kit (55watt), but i dont know if the bulbs are the same brand or something else.. the bulb container doesnt have a brand listed

exactly.. 4300-5000k is all white, and 6000k starts getting a bit blue..

for the first week or so the bulbs stayed white.. now they are doing this for the last couple days..

Yeah more or less after they are on for a minute or two my 5000K hids go from nice white to dull yellow basically.. if you look at the car they still look white, but what you see while driving is dull stock yellowish. at this point the high beams are brighter... is that just a bad quality bulb or wh...

depo made them, i think past tense. the last time i looked at their product line they did not have them listed anymore..

i have a set of depo ones and the chrome reflective material is all peeled off... junk.

hmm yeah.. those are the up/down... or is the one closet to the blinker left/right? i thought it was up/down for the high beam i lowered the beams quite a bit but now the circles of light are more where the high beams should be, so ill probably get flashed by other drivers more than i was before... ...

i definitely need to cut out speaker holes in the rear dash because i just put my speakers under the board like stock and the sound quality blows.. muffled and everything..

hows your light output? specifically if you put in HID's. . hows the light pattern? over the forum outage i installed my projectors and hid kit.. and am very disappointed with them. from seeing everyone's pictures on here i had certain expectations.. but i think all your cameras jacked up the light ...

dont know but i'd guess that it goes to 14v because when you take off the alternator is really kicking in and giving it juice...

but if its still saying 12v then i'd say its good.. it would definately be bad if it were under 12v..

you could argue the highway point... 50 feet on a street and 50 feet on a highway is a huge difference when it comes to what you can hear..
