the wires haven't been changed but i dont really have the money to guess on what the problem is. Is there a sure way to test the coil and wires?

i figured this might get answered faster here than on automotiveforums.com , ok my girlfriends car started running like crap and the check engine light came on so i took it to autozone and the #3 cylinder is misfiring, so i bought plugs and put them in. At first it was normal then it started it agai...

all i seen on the back was two little bolts and a grease fitting maybe so i took the bolts out and tried again prying with a couple screwdrivers and it barely moves
