2.7's are a descent motor for power, but they blow up alot! Timing chain problems.... they are also known "sludgers" it would be an interesting project to be different but it would be a very expensive venture and you would need to create a lot of things. Then sell all the newly made parts to people...

I dont want to keep these 15" wheels. So no paint on them. There is no way I would paint my silverstones either. The Rota's are wider and lighter then what I have now. I just have a hard time deciding what color to get. I really dont want to go black. To me with a black wheel and a dark car the whee...

I don't know what mine are painted with(bought car used), but they haven't really faded in the almost 3 yrs I have owned the car. Nice red color. If you could afford to be down for a little while I bet powder coating them would not cost too much money.

If someone, like Louie, could photoshop those color of wheels on my car taht would be perfect. http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/...

Rota Wheels

Well I have been wanting some Subzeros in either a 15"X7" or a 16"X7"(most likely this one). Well the other week I blew a tire when I hit a pothole that was about 1.5' deep and about 3-5" wide. I have this aweful gut feeling that when I have these new tires mounted this week that the wheel is gonna ...

??? They carry 3-5 different falken tires. But I don't see 3 kinds of the ze-512. If they did carry 3 different kinds then I would only guess that the Speed ratings are different.

The pothole was not very wide. Only about 3-6 inches but plenty enough to bust a belt in the tire.

And I really miss my 16" wheels with the ze-512's on them b/c its too cold here to run these summer tires. Well I will say that from my experience the falken ze-512 are the best for all out all-season performance at a very nice price. They have a tread wear of 360, traction of A, speed of ZR, and temp of A. To me you just can't beat that at a price of only $81 a piece with free shipping from discount tir...

i was thinking of getting the tokico illumina stuts. having some 16" rota subzeros with the 40mm offset.
If I go this route then it will be 225 all around. I was just posting something up to see what all ppl thought about this. Since I hadn't really seen it talked about.

Tire Setup

Well I blew out my driver side front tire last night. So I had to put the tiny spare one on. Well since you are not suppose to place the spare up front I placed it in the rear(duh, only other place :) ). So on to the question. what would happen if say someone was to runaa 225 tire up front and a 195...

That is Louie's cars and he lives in miami. That is sort of an old pic of when he first got his ipp coilover, I believe. Exhaust is the srt rear section. The wheels are stock snowflakes painted. But I can not remember how he told me to he did that bumper.

the acr should have: no fog lights, 15" "snowflake" wheels, those struts, badging on the outside to say acr. Last, a true acr will not have ac and radio.(but u are given a choice with a package to get those 2 items.

I wax mine at least once a month. It just cleans better that way. As long as you prep, polish, and wax with good products and take your time to do it right(about 6 hrs) then it should last for a good 4-6 months. I know that I have not waxed mine since about september and when i wash it it still look...
