Sounds like a CV joint.....especially if it does it more often when turning.

We cannot help you diagnose the problem if you don't tell us what its doing or not doing....

I replace mine every 10,000 which is pure anal....lol...but because of this I never have to worry about them giving me trouble coming out...

Actually I think you guys are wrong. I had a bearing go on my front passenger side and the dealer told me that the year make and model wouldnt be enough because the car has two different types of bearings....he said he would need either the measurements for the bearing or my VIN number to determine ...

I had that exact same problem and everybody told me that it was the tail light seals etc.. I had been noticing a clunking noise all the time from the trunk, and then one day my trunk lock seized up and wouldnt close. That is bullshit.....they need to prove that you were the cause of the damage to not replace it under warranty....take it to another Ford dealer and don't tell them you messed with it.

Yeah....ask around....that fixes alot of idle problems....and or bogging at times.

Could also be the seals for the tail lights....if those dry rot....the water leaks into the trunk then flows to the back seat and floor. Pull out your spare tire if there is any condensation and/or water in the spare tire well then that is definitely the problem.

Of course. I am selling the manifold alone....cuz the turbo from the car that it came from is cracked....and I know I am not the only one.

Try drilling the TB plate....thats one of THE biggest problems with our beloved neon. Make sure to search how to do it so that you don't do it wrong.

I will trade you a set of 03s for your 02 imports....

Yeah not to mention what happens when you throw a diff pin and kill the tranny.

I put used 140k mile '95 hubs on my car when I did my rear discs. Nothing wrong with them yet. Ive actually never had a neon have rear hubs go out. Its the fronts that are pretty easy to chew though. I have!! But I delivered newspapers for the first 80k miles.....thats hell on all parts of a car......
