For those gurus in here

I am trying to use my oil pressure gauge without using the "sandwich adapter" I did my oil change 2 weeks ago and noticed scratches and marks on the filter from rocks or w/e from my daily drive. I decided to try to use a "T" adapter from the stock unit. Anyone know if they sell it, or what are the m...

I would set the secondaries to open at 5k, but since I'm ATX I barely hit 5k.

I'm thinking to go with just a 50 shot to be safe. I hope spraying at 4k wont be too late

All my buddies from work and I are taking our cars to the track on Feb 3rd, its an 1/8 mile. Unfortunately, I have the slowest car. I'm going against a BMW, new SI, old built SI, and other cars. I have an ATX with an MPx UDP Kirk LTH Full exhaust 2.5 Granatelli coil n wires Magnum IM with working bu...

I decided to take it to a shop specializing in SRTs and neons (www.rage-tek.com) some of you might heard of them, they sell parts as well, lucky me they are located 15minutes away :) Nemo told me that it could have been the bolts, but he recommended to replace all the seals while I'm at it just in c...

A shop is quoting me $650 to check the trany, put another torque converter, new seals, new o rings.

Is all of that really necessary? I keep getting the feeling the problem is simple, just those 5 bolts were loose but everyone wants to rape me a new one to put everything new :( what should I do?

Replacing power steering lines

I need to replace both power steering lines. I can see the return one is easy but the high pressure looks to be a pain. Does the PS resevoir come off so I can get to the line, or the whole pump needs to come off?

Hand tighten bolts on my transmission?????

Ok, I am so disappointed. The one mechanic I trusted did me nasty. About 15 months ago, I had my ATX rebuilt in my 02. I have been noticing a minor transmission leak coming from between the engine and transmission for a couple of months but paid it no attention. 5 days ago, transmission fluid starte...

Thank you guys! well so far I have the main seal, RTV and the transmission filter all from Dodge. I also picked up an oil pan gasket and power steering pressure hose for some side projects I need to do. As far as the axle seals, any part numbers? AdvanceAutoParts were not too positive about which on...

Could that be a reason why it's leaking, the pump/seal? My friend kind of freaked me out when he told me some transmissions when they go bad, they build enough pressure to burst the seal..... :( I am not sure if its the pump/seal or not, i'm assuming from the amount of transmission oil that is leaki...

Automatic transmission problem HELP!!!

Unfortunately, today I had a bad day. As I was driving to work I started to smell transmission fluid; I paid it no attention. As I was pulling away from a red light, I looked back and saw a huge puddle of oil. I stopped at a gas station, looked under, and saw transmission fluid pouring out by the ma...

I feel like you guys are missing the point completely. TO ME (notice, I am not including any members) the RT front is more unique than the 03+ with a lip. The day those lips dropped price from $700+ to $100+ everyone bought a set even myself. I believe as of right now, it’s the most played out look,...

I think there are more people with the 03-05 front with the lip than people with the RT front bumper. I was going to spend $200 on the new paint job for the bumper, and another $150 on new projector lights and all to look the same way. I decided to flip the script and spend that money on a different...

Local guy is buying the bumper/lip/fogs, headlights/hids for $280. The RT front was $140 plus $260 shipping from canada :( so overall, the bumper came out to $120 I would also like to thank Kevin (ThatKevin) He helped me out like a true champ, another member had the bumper for sale but would not shi...

I sold them a while ago (8+ months) 1 rim got bent, I tried to get a new one but that model was discontinued, the one they sent was different in color and slightly different design, and a rear 1 messed up because the brake cylinder took a dump and the brake fluid ate up the paint; it all became an e...

What I've been up to...

I got really tired of my old set-up (like in my sig) I've had it like that for over 3 years. It was time for new hids, headlights and new paint on the bumper so I decided to switch the look :) so I went another way. I also added parts to the engine and a current mod I am working on.... enjoy :rockon...
