See my post on neons.org - the "buzzing" is the normal R/T exhaust note.

It's a little more harsh when the mufflers cold, but that's what it's supposed to sound like.

I can't remember the specific magazine article, but the R/T was called "a show package with a buzzy exhaust."

But... really, adjust your clutch pedal.

I just did it today after 2nd to 3rd was a little too slimey. Did the pedal adjusment, and the problem was 50% better.
