i'm almost positive you need a tach adaptor for these. It was my reasoning for buying a harlan rpm window switch instead.. cheaper and needs nothing extra, unless you feel a WOT switch is necessary. You do however need to use whatever type you buy, on 2-cylinder mode, due to the type of spark system...

There are two different styles of this bumper, one was a slightly smaller center hole. Mine has the smaller opening and measures 20" wide at the bottom, 21" wide at the top, and 4.75" tall.

This mod DOES work. I have been using it for like 30,000km without a CEL. You just need to make sure you don't drill out both non-foulers. If two non-fouler's won't work, use three. They are a hell of a lot cheaper then a cat, or o2 sensor, so you've got not much to lose, other then that pesky CEL.

try a grabber tool for picking up bolts and stuff that are in hard to reach places. They can usually be bought at a dollar store.

you won't be able to see it for the washer fluid tank. You might just be able to remove that to get at it, dunno if thats easier for you then removing the headlight.

Yeah that's pretty normal. Mine does it even with a UDP. MM inserts definitely do not help the problem either. It's pretty normal to feel the loss in power when the a/c is on. I feel like, with the udp on, and a/c on 2 clicks, feels the same as stock, with the a/c off. If that makes sense.. hard to ...

try swapping plug wires and see if that makes any difference. You should be able to pull the plug wires one at a time, to see which is not firing properly.(whichever one you unplug and nothing changes) Also, what do you have your plugs gapped too?

The alternator belt won't slip anywhere if its tightened properly. (1/4" slack when you push or pull the belt.)

However it sounds like the a/c or possibly the tensioner pulley could be making the noise.

the relay can click like it's working, and still be bad.

tighten the alternator belt. I know you'd think it'd be the ac belt since it's when your using that, but the extra electrical load makes the alternator belt squeal. easy fix just adjust the alternator bracket until there is 1/4" slack up and down on the belt.. problem solved.

Yeah, probably a good bet to start by replacing the filter. Luckily it's one of those things that is cheap and easy to replace.

Oh and hey , if that fixes it, post us up a picture of what the dirty filter looks like cut in half. Just curious to see how dirty they get after roughly 100,000miles.

Solutions are a catch can, or a 1gn Valve cover, if you are worried about it. Also, Grab a new pcv valve since they're only like 10 beens.

Likely just oil in the intake manifold, Let in there by the PCV valve. Catch can will solve your problem, so long as you get one with internal baffling.

Being that its an older car, the bearings are likely a little rough. Only suspension part you need is the k...
