Gimme a few i'll find you a picture. Also, are you wondering for front or rear. I'm not 100% sure on price, but i'd likely just get one from a junkyard since they are abundant, so long as its an r/t, or 00-01lx. They are cast iron so its hard to imagine how they cracked, but yea, see if you can trac...

how do u get the crank to stop turning in a manual car and why did u guys put thread locker on the bolts put the car in gear to keep the engine from turning while working on it, if its a mtx. No change here. If it wasn't for the flashing CEL/eventually permanent till reset CEL, I would not know anything was wrong. Same. It's entertaining watching my passengers panic when they see my CEL flashing like a christmas light, And don't know why. The car still hits the speed limiter like it use...

I'd suspect a vacuum leak. Check over your PCV hoses, intake manifold, and intake tubing, There is probably a cracked hose somewhere. Also, when you had the IAC off, did you re-seal it down with some silcone gasket maker?

every r/t and Acr i have ever seen, has that cover over the pcv hose. They also seem to use a rubber hose, and not the hard plastic line like base models have.

adjustable headlight leveling, from inside the car. It's a standard feature on BUX neons. I assume it helps if you go from flatland city area's, out into the hilly countryside.

You can buy liquid urethane, (windshield Glue) from Napa. Last time i was in, they had both 60a and 94a, And it's made by 3m. I think it was around 20 bucks for a standard caulking gun tube.

That would definitely do a great job, plus 3m generally makes pretty good stuff. mequiars sells a headlight restoration kit, but this is much more complete.

I wet-sand first with 600, 1000, And then an orbital buffer and some plastx to finish. They turn out amazing. If you just use the plastx polish by hand, no sanding, and no buffer, it doesn't turn out nearly as nice. With the method mentioned above, i've turned the dullest 2gn eclipse headlights i've...

Check the fuses under the hood as well, you will more then likely find that one or more of them is blown. You can buy HID relay harness' on eBay and pretty much anywhere else that sells HID kits.. The relay just takes the power load, instead of your steering column multifunction switch(where you tur...

Yes you will need the Vin from The new ecu, flashed into your sentry module. I have experimented with this stuff a bit, if you take the SKIM fuse out, it will let you start the car, but the car shuts off after 5 seconds. Same as if it's seeing the wrong VIN number, flashed into your SKIM. You'll be ...

i think TNK was the person i saw who unbolted the Lock-up solenoid, and cable tied it to the side of his new mtx trans. Solves the CEL fairly easily, if it bugs you having it on.

spencersummerfield ran an auto afx-r pcm in his mtx neon with only the issues you mentioned. Iac is wired differently, so you would have to adjust the throttle stop to get the car to idle. You will also have a code for the torque converter lock-up, but it will not effect anything. I'm sure you could...

o2 sensor that failed turned out to be the downstream, so i didn't change it. Filled the car up with 94 octane from sunoco, Went in, and passed no problem.

First time my NOx levels were 1282, limit 505.
This time, with premium gas, 148, limit 505.

Pretty wild.

So i haven't been back in for a re-test yet, But i did have the CEL come on while i was on my way home today. P0140, o2 sensor 1/2 stuck at center, neither rich or lean condition detected.

I assume 1/2 means the upstream o2, in which case i'm sure that's whats causing me to fail.
