Invest in a pyrometer http://www.saferacer.com/longacre-deluxe-digital-pyrometer.html?productid=638 take tire temp after every run and aim for an even temp across the face. The suspension set up is up to you some people like huge rear roll stiffness because they think it...

Nothing wrong with the Bomz sleeve kit Ive used them several times you just have to be willing to throw most of it away. Open the box grab spring and put in the trash along with the instructions. Order springs 7" long 2.5 diameter about 250lb will work for front. 10" 2.5 diameter 200lb for rear. Go ...

Compare GM and Chrysler trans side by side the Chrysler is only about 2/3s the size of the GM. Great for mounting and clearace but awful for heat. All the components are smaller and closer together making them run hotter and have less area to disipate heat. This is why the ATF+ serries is synthetic ...

In the back of the truck if you wanted to mount the tire using a blazer mount on the side like a Jeep 33" is the biggest you can fit back there. If its the OE trans its from a full size GM truck with blazer pan and filter for clearance very hard to kill. Use a good synthetic fluid and a bottle of tr...

If you like looking out the back go for a roof mount tire carrier or use a standard Blazer mount inside (33" is the largest tire you can fit in the back)

Check the RPO tag in the glove box. Its something you will want to know the ZR2 really is a different truck it shares much more in common with a full size than a standard s10.

Seperate compression and rebound adjustments are needed for a really comfy ride. Im not sure what springs Megans use but Eibach offers 2.25 and 2.5 springs in all different lengths and rates. Try a soft main spring with some stiff helper springs at the top. Make sure your dampers are set no more tha...
