I'll bet you love that R&D. When I had mine I LOVED the way it sounded. I really regret selling it  Me too. On both accounts lol :( Well, so far I'm 2 for 3. I have a car that the original owner regrets selling, an exhaust on the car that the original owner regrets selling, but I don't think z...

My 2001 R/T
My new 2001 R/T, these are the first real pictures since I've had it. And I apologize they are low quality cell phone pics. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v158/d_dudeck/Black%202001%20Neon%20RT/IMG-20110609-00099.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v158/d_dudeck/Black%202001%20Neon%20RT/IMG-201...

Houston, we have liftoff! I put on a spare valve cover, filled her up with oil, flushed the coolant, changed the thermostat and then filled her up with new coolant last night late. I couldn't wait to take it out, so I went for a midnight spin. Everything is awesome. Car drives straight, no shaking o...

Depends on your cam. If you're using a regular cam, magnum cam, Crane 12 or Comp 200....the long tube won't help much at all. However, with a bigger cam like a Crane 14 or a Crane 007, then the long tube is nice. But even then, it's only "nice" to the tune of a couple horsepower. Nothing groundbreak...

I ran a magnum head with a longtube header and no cat on my old car. It sounded decent, but really not that great. It was loud. If I could do it over again, I would install a high flow cat behind the long tube. You'll need a low profile or "bullet" style cat, because it has to fit in the center tunn...

Here's a link to my friends car. If anyone is looking for a low mile, super clean, very nice babied car, this is it. They've got the asking price way too high, and they know it. I bet they'd take $5700. To summarize: 2004 Dodge Neon SXT, 5-speed, only 63k miles. Very very very clean inside and out. ...

I'm really sorry :( It's ok. Stuff happens. It's not my only car, so it's really just a patience thing, not a necessity thing. I'll bet you love that R&D. When I had mine I LOVED the way it sounded. I really regret selling it :( Yeah, I'm looking forward to hearing it. Hopefully it won't sound SO g...

:( My valve cover got neglected, so it's not even shipped yet. Maybe it got shipped today, I hope so. But either way, I'll still be waiting a while to fire the car up. I almost considered putting a spare VC on, but it's just a little too much work to dig it out of storage, just so I can drive the ca...

So it is possible to do on a mtx so would it be possible for 130 on a atx? Yes, I'd say 130whp is probably the highest goal you should set for staying with the ATX. The mod list I would shoot for in order to acheive this would be: -Ported/polished head (mag head if possible, but your standard head ...

That's cool, I didn't have real use for them anyway. Tell your folks they owe you the money they got out of those wheels...lol. If you're looking at GTI's, stay away from the 1.8T's...sludge monsters. I'd get a cheap SRT before I'd get a cheap GTI. I'd buy an expensive GTI over an expensive SRT-4 th...

My bone stock R/T has 144 at the wheels.
Seriously? 144whp bone stock? That is extremely impressive. All the magnum motor dyno's I've seen are only around 130whp stock. Do you have the dyno sheet?

$350. Well, actually the "selling" price was only $250. But it was coming from Canada (in both senses of the word) and ended up costing a little over $100 in shipping and fee's. Stupid maple leaf country. If they were still available, I wouldn't have paid that much for it. But they're not...so...

I still plan to try the Platinum's, but it might not be on the Neon the first time. I ended up buying some super cheap ($18/per) Goodyear RS-A's with 70% tread. I'm not sure how long they will last. But the wife's RAV4 needs new tires, and I'm going to try the Platinums on it. If I like them, I'll p...
