Maybe you could just use paint thinner? that might work No, it doesn't actually. I had one little line, where the tint ran in the ridges of the inside of the lense under my masking tape. I tryed thinner to get it off...and I wish it would have worked, because it would have been much easier. I ended...

Yeah, I remember your car when you first put it up on cardomain.com several years ago. Before you ever even dropped it with springs or did anything to it. Then, you had it dropped REAL low just with springs, and I remember thinking that it had to ride like ass. And you had that kaminari front on the...

the question is: do dumbass people know that they are dumbasses? I've been wondering this one for ages... This was a fortune cookie quote from last week..."Half of being smart is knowing what you are dumb about." The main reason I haven't switched to synthetic yet is the fact that my car used so much oil. I added at least a quart over 3000 miles, if not a bit more sometimes. I'm waiting to see how much it uses with the swap, and a new PCV. I really just need to set up a catch can..... I can't imagine going m...

Now see, the NGK iridiums come "pre-gapped" and they're not supposed to be changed. BUT, that is mainly because if you try to gap them like you would a standard plug, you'll break the iridium tip off. I use the Iridiums in my car, and I just evened all the gaps (very carefully) to .040 before I inst...

hmmm... I hope the problems with the cam gear aren't my fault, if they are I'll tlak to you about your moneys. Nope, not at all. I was just expecting better quality from AEM...since I'd heard that they made the best ones. The inner piece simply needs to fit more precisely in the outer ring. I'm pla...

Well, I haven't wired my intake manifold to open the secondaries yet. And the computer is still learning. I can spin the tires through first and into second. I can drop the hammer once I'm already rolling at a moderate speed in first or second and break them loose again. And at high speed (70-80) it...

I put them in the oven at 170 degrees. Which really isn't that hot. I could handle them pretty easy. I just watched them close, took them out several times to check on the softness of the adhesive. When it was soft enough, I pryed them apart. I did clip a couple of the little loops on the back part ...

This weekend I'm taking alot more pictures. It snowed last night, and then it was 48 degrees today...and 50 tomorrow. So it's a mess on the roads. I couldn't drive two feet to take a picture without the car being dirty again.

Vacuum leak codes just take some time to go away, even after the ECU is reset. I had a very similiar thing happen...my stock bellows tube was leaking. I fixed it, reset the ECU, and it still took it awhile to go away. But it did.

The SRT-4 does have a boost controller, thats why it can boost that high. I'm not clear on the specifics, but the SRT-4's ECU can vary the boost depending on engine RPM, load, etc. You can also control the boost a little more if you get a stage 2 or 3 w/ toys. Thanks! I guess in the back of my head...
