Menigoz, you should look into slicks. With a 60' and a time like that a 2.0 60' would get you close to a 14.6. If you could get a 1.9, you'd be even lower. turbo drain probally needs a new gasket its probally cracked or broken and cause it to leak. pull it off clean the surfaces and put a new gasket with or without high temp sealant thats up to you..
