Sean if you stay out of boost everything should be alright. Careful driving my friend. Yea it don't know how easy that will be, but I will try. We're actually working tonight, Sat and part of Sun. But we're booked solid for tonight and Sat. We're bringing in the 'out of staters' tomorrow so we can get them done and on their way the same day. This will eliminate any overnights. We're actually decently booked on Sun at this point, too. But i...

I understand Sean, it was a tight deadline for you. Best of luck moving forward. We've had a late cancellation, so if by some off chance anyone out there is in need of a tune, or even a full install/tune (and has their MS, etc), feel free to get in contact with me and we'll get you taken care of. Yea chris I am over this project. Or just Use ARP Studs that are for 95-99 DOHC Neon. Thats what Im gonna do, sometime in the future when ever I pull the Head again. But in your case I did the same thing and bought head bolts for a 95-99 DOHC neon, the hard part with the headbolts were making sure that the Headgasket holes still mat...

Put me on the list as a maybe, it just all depends on if I can get a trailer or something to take the car up there, After the fire I had, I refuse to drive it anywhere until I get MS installed and a double and triple check, to see if everything is connected tight and ran right.

I have no idea what it looks like, or the diameter, but at least you have some direction to go in. :D
I actually found a short rubber hose that is the correct diameter, and its only about 6" long that looks as though it will work PERFECTLY

you should put your stock hardlines back on and sell me those i need a set. The nipple goes to the turbo for coolant. Yea why would I do that...? And the nipple Im talkin about isn't the one that is on the top of the hardline, the one I was talking about was grouped back with the two Outlets that l...

SRT-4 Cooling Hardlines

I don't really know where to ask this question but I will give it a try... On my turbo set up, I switched from using my stock hardlines to using the srt coolant hardlines.. My question is after I hooked all the hoses back up to the heater core, the hardline still has one more nipple, that I think ra...

How much rust?
As far as the rust, what you see in the pics is about all the rust I could really find, just besides underneath the car, but thats just because of Ohio winters, nothing too extreme, I'll go out once it stops raining again and look it over again.

Well even though its the "law" in Ohio for front license plats, a lot of cars here dont have front plates, or if they do, they put it in the front window like you see on some ricers, and as for emissions, thats a big negative sir. Here we have a thing called E-Check, Basically you have to have your ...

i want to see if the stock PCM will work with the DOHC head, i always though it wouldn't It will, the only problem I had with my setup was trying to get my fuel pressure right with the rrfpr, and that was a pain in the ass. I actually drove my car around up and down the street, the only problem I h...

MS> everything else. Sorry, not saying that you will have the same headaches that I am having/ have had, BUT megasquirt is well worth the investment, I know its a lil bit on the expensive side, but after dealing with a RRFPR and timing, and blah blah blah, It just better off in the end. Just my $.02

I did a little mini write up of what worked for me and what headaches I had in doing this swap. I didn't do a 2.4 but I did build a 2.0 head pretty well and swapped heads over. Almost everything stated below is pretty accurate. I boosted mine, and let me tell you.. I am NEVER ever ever going to go t...
