Im surprised that theres not more ppl taking the route of a 2.4 from a stratus, or Breeze and then using the turbo/manifold to boost it, (or does it cost less to swap the srt motor?)

See I was wrestling around with what I wanted to do, and the real big headache for me with the swap is the whole sentry system and unless I had someone do it for me, chances are I wouldnt be able to do it. (or maybe Im just misunderstanding the whole sentry system)

I like how it looks, the only thing I absolutely hate about 00-02 are our back bumpers. Looks real good tho!

When I first looked at these pics wouldnt have even thought you swapped srt stuff in. I have to say thats prolly the most unique and different neon Ive seen. good job!

Of course... if you look close, the turn signal intakes on the Miata got a little bit of condensation in them... despite me RTVing them. Rain = teh suck with my new tires with tread. Slicks were way more fun haha

^ I agree. One question I had that I didnt see anyone put this scenario into play during this thread. How many ppl build with forged rods and pistons on their motors so they could be a lil more boost friendly? I know that 200-225 is great for just stock internals. Idk I personally would go the route...

^ see and that is exactly what I did cept it was with a nail and half of a roll pin that I cut with a dremel and then forced on with a hammer, and some how either it sheared off or fell out, and thats how I got stuck on the side of the highway for four hours...
