Almost finished my custom guage pod today. Been piddling in this one for about a month. It was put up there, not pushed it for pic. And the surprising thing, I almost matched the interior color?! yea, the R's have it with me too. My friend has Infinity Perfects in his lancer. They sound like doodoo there not amp'd. But, we put them in for SQ, they did great for staging!!

rms--the more power the better, exspecially if you power them later. sensativity--the higher the number the better! DB---the higher ofcourse, but you won't know unless you power them. yes, you go to high and your regulater can go "crazy" attempting to, in lame terms, decide were in the world to put that energy. But i'm guessing if you had some kinda high output draw alot, say like our airride......you'd prob be ok while driving, etc. im pretty sure the neons had the regulators b...

for the price, I guess those pioneers are ok. The focals that someone was speaking of are great! I've seen them at soundoffs all over the place. Diamond, Clips, .............I have Clarion up front and Phoenix Gold in the rear, little bit of amp'd, with a crossover on the front, sound good!

If your not worried about "staging", I prefer a 2 or 3 way speaker. Anything beyond that is just to much tweet in the back of the car. Your going to have to power any of those speakers to get some kinda performance out of them too.

if you just want sound, do what he said. But there's all sorts of options, like crossovers, you could be a 5 channel amp and add a sub later, and only run one amp, soooooooooo many choices. And like I tell everyone, you get what you pay for.

why use caps, just upgrade the alt. and battery, it'll do the same thing, with less money.
