They were only flashing their lights :( No I made sure the grounds were good and everything, And the stock bulbs work.. Im just gonna be using them till I hear from the company. I hate stock lights after using Hids for so long hahaha. How sensitive are the bulbs? Could power fluctuation kill them?

Underneath where you're working. I think the easiest way would be to put the car chassis on stands and use a jack to hold the engine up (put it underneath where you'll be working) so you can adjust it if you need to. But remember you don't want pressure on the engine, just want it to hold it up.

You're complaining why?

Did you disconnect any grounds? Are you getting juice to the light sockets?

Check other stuff first, but I don't believe that the mounts should have any play in them.

If it is the engine mounts then the easiest way to replace the engine/ trans mounts is one at a time with the engine on a jack holding it up.

Y'know that the rear ends on these things are light to begin with right? Well stiffer rear springs adds to that problem.

I'd replace the bushings, there shouldn't be any play, depending on how far you want to take the car you might want to invest in some polyurethane bushings from www.modernperformance.com

If your neon is an automatic, then ive seen this before. Check your transmission fluid. The trans cooler is located in the side tank of the radiator, and if its cracked then your coolant overflow tank will turn red and overflow :D Doubtful since I put the red stuff in to begin with. Just got a prom...

You're checking the fluid with the car idling in park correct? I'd pull the wiring off the tranny and check it out first too. Those are the easiest two fixes.

So you engaged the parking brake while stopped and the vibrations stopped? Sounds like engine to me. Did anything happen when you put it in Park? Is it still doing it now?

More than likely rear taillights. Possible problem would be door seals, but its lot likely, our tails like to leak. Just grab some black or red RTV silicone and heat up the metal so that it will adhere to the car better and put it on the foam where it meets the metal. You should be able to see where...

Sorry I misspoke. I meant to say larger crank pulley and smaller alternator pulley. That way you wouldn't be under driving the alternator so much.

I believe that the stock PT crank pulley is smaller than a stock 2gn's so they might have a bigger alternator pulley along with a bigger output alternator. Grab a alt and pulley assembly from a junkyard and try it out.

Thanks everyone
I'll try anything, but I think that it may have just spilled out of the overflow tank. Nothing is leaking, hot or cold. I'll keep an eye on it though.

Re: Antifreeze Leak

I've achieved 40mpg doing 85-95 straight highway driving a couple times now. I think that this a result of how little the car actually has to work to maintain that speed area. Pretty much, the torque band and horsepower band are relatively in the same. Makes sense. What RPM does the 2.0 peak on tor...

Last I knew it was flushed with the red when my sis hit a deer and it took our the radiator. . What are the chances that the two didn't mix? I pulled the cap off the upper rad hose and its the red stuff. Also my cat smells like antifreeze. So I'm really lost now. :banghead:

Just checked it out. It is antifreeze, I wasn't expecting antifreeze towards the rear thats why I assumed it was fuel. Its dripping down from somewhere around the overflow tank onto the exhaust and then it froze and melted when the car started back up that left the l shape. Where is the heater core ...

Antifreeze Leak

I think I sprung a leak. I went to move my car today and found that when I did, there was a big green L shape under my car. Where the front was there was a hole in the snow where is had been dripping. I'll probably take it to my uncles and use his lift tomorrow to check it out. Just wondering if the...
