I got this code after the failed R/T intake install at Carlisle I did some research but I have no clue how to go about and fix it.

I've read that its IAC low voltage? not sure what this means or how to fix it.. but I would like to see this code vanish. anyone have ideas?

I've never heard of a head going bad and causing overheating issues. I would think the only was a head could go bad is if the mechanical aspect of it (Rockers, lifters, etc.) broke. that PN is for the crane #12 cam. it's not a different one from the cams most widely used/talked about in the engine section.
